Summer is coming!!!


As the temperature is getting higher and higher, summer is just around the corner!

 There are several tips for you to ensure a happy summer!
1.Take a nap after lunch.
Because of the hot weather in summer, it's not easy to fall to sleep quickly at night and it's likely to lost sleep and it will impact your work and life on whole day. A nap will help you reserve energy and start your work afternoon at a better state.

2.Drink water 
It's common sense. Fruits like watermelon, pear could also work for your rehydrate.

3.Don't turn on the air conditioner all night
The temperature of human beings would get lower when we're sleeping. Sleeping with the air conditioner turned on all night is not healthy for us, someone could feel languid and headache and people with lower immunity would possibly get cold.
